Rope + Tarot- Storytelling the fool
This class is designed for rope practitioners interested in deepening their work through symbolism, narrative, and embodied exploration.
The goal of this offering is twofold: to introduce participants to tarot as a complementary practice alongside rope, for inspiration, direction, and somatic divination, and to build familiarity with the story of The Fool as an archetypal starting point.
Through a blend of discussion and hands-on practice, participants will learn a rope sequence that actively tells a story, one that moves through the history, symbolism, and emotional landscape of The Fool. Students will leave not only with a sequence, but with tools to begin integrating tarot into their own rope practice as a framework for meaning-making, reflection, and creative exploration.
